STORY & IMPACT
TGN Ventures is a fund of funds, Its founder came to us wanting to raise his first fund, built around a faith-driven mission and the specific institutional LPs who share it.
He also came with something most first-time fund managers don't have: years as an operator inside the VC world, and a community of VCs and founders he had already built over time. The work was making that the fundraising story institutional LPs would actually trust.
The Impact
The first version of his pitch deck leaned on technical jargon and complicated deal-sourcing claims, the kind of pitch we had already seen fail with other funds. We pushed him toward what actually made TGN Ventures different: a fund of funds that had already solved the cold start problem most first-time funds struggle with, because the network was already there.
He presented the rebuilt deck to one LP. The feedback came back immediately: this was different, and it was clear why the fund existed. Two weeks later, he closed his first commitment, $5 million.
SERVICES RENDERED
TGN Ventures had to read as credible to the biggest institutional LPs in the room, without losing the faith-driven mission at the center of why the fund exists at all. We built one identity that could hold both.
02 CORE BRAND KIT

03 · DISTRIBUTION ASSETS & APPLICATIONS
TGN is a fund raising with 506(c) structure which gave them the unique opportunity to be able to be in the public as they embarked on the fundraise. We create the numerous templates they'd need to stay infront LPs & maintain their public presence.

04 LP COMMS & RELATIONSHIP PARTNERSHIP
Closing his first LP was one part of an ongoing relationship, not the end of one. Institutional LPs don't commit off a single meeting, they watch how a fund communicates over months before trusting it with serious capital.
A huge part of the partnership involved & objecting to the initial complexity of the fundraising materials and instead, we focused on making sure they were able to articulate what made them different from the sea of other funds.

We stayed with the founder through the raise, refining the deck and materials as questions and feedback came in from each LP conversation, so every next meeting carried forward what the fund had already proven instead of starting over.

The website had to carry both halves of the identity at once, An identity credible enough for institutional LPs, and still being honest about the faith-driven mission the fund was built on.
